Maxine L. Legall, MBA, MSW, CPXP,

and her team, brings over 20 years of dynamic experience driving organizational development and transformation across healthcare, non-profit, and corporate sectors. As founder and CEO of Thrive Inclusively LLC, based in New York, Maxine is dedicated to empowering healthcare and non-profit leaders and organizations to achieve their full potential. Thrive Inclusively specializes in fostering growth through diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, cultural transformation, and leadership growth and development.

 

Previously, Maxine served as Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at The Jewish Board, where she played a pivotal role in advancing strategic diversity initiatives, policy development and enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement. Her leadership also extended to Mount Sinai Morningside as Director of Patient Experience & Cultural Transformation, where she developed impactful patient experience programs and collaborated on initiatives to elevate patient care standards.

 

Maxine holds an MBA in Health Service Management from Hofstra University, an MSW in Advanced Generalist Practice and Programming from Columbia University School of Social Work, and a cum laude bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in Sociology and Black Studies from the State University of New York.

 

She holds a Lean (Process Improvement) Bronze Belt certification and she has completed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) certificate programs at both Cornell University and the University of South Florida
